Stacey Myers

Stacey began her career as a prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida. She tried hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases at the State Attorney's Office and served in the Special Assault Unit involving sex crimes and crimes against children. Later, Stacey transitioned to private practice, handling a variety of cases. She partnered with a mental health professional for several years and together they developed ground-breaking strategies for assisting families in conflict that utilized both attorneys and mental health professionals working together on the same case. Stacey has focused on offering services exclusively to the family law community for over a decade as a social investigator, guardian ad litem, and more recently as a supervisor of parent-child visits. Stacey recently added mental health service offerings as an Intern in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program that include individual and family counseling for adults and children, coparenting coaching, and reunification counseling. Stacey has extensive experience working with children, parents, and families in difficult situations that often involve allegations of domestic violence and parental alienation. She has been recognized as an expert and testified in hundreds of cases involving children.
